Home Service Plan

Starts at $150 per quarter

Pests include: Ants, Paper Wasps, Yellow Jackets, Bald Faced Hornets, Spiders, Cave Crickets, Mice, Centipedes, Millipedes, Silverfish, Earwigs, Rats, Roaches, Fleas, Stink Bugs, Box elder bugs, Asian Lady Beetles, Carpet Beetles, Carpenter Bees, Indian Meal Moths, Clover Mites       

 

Home Service Plan Gold

Starts at $200 Per Quarter 

Initial Fee Applies. Plus Tax

With this plan you receive all the same benefits as the Home service plan basic with added subterranean termite coverage. Discrete Termite bait stations will be installed in the ground around the exterior of the home. Termite bait stations are eco friendly and only target subterranean termites. Bait stations will be serviced/monitored during your quarterly service.

 

Home Service Plan Platinum

Starts at $300 Per Quarter

Initial Fee Applies. Plus Tax

This plan gives you ultimate coverage to protect your home from unwanted pest. This Plan combines all three of our Home Service plans as well as the yard guard service plan.

 

Pests include: Ants, Carpenter Ants, Wasps, Yellow Jackets, Bald Faced Hornets, Spiders, Cave Crickets, Mice, Centipedes, Millipedes, Silverfish, Earwigs, Rats, Roaches, Fleas, Stink Bugs, Box elder bugs, Asian Lady Beetles, Carpet Beetles, Carpenter Bees, Indian Meal Moths, Clover Mites, Termites, Fleas, Ticks, Mosquitos.

 

Seasonal Service Plan

Starts at $450 Per Season

Monthly Treatments April-October to the exterior of the home for targeted insects. We treat the eaves, foundation, around doors and windows. This plan is for exterior service only.

Starts at $95 Per Month April-October
